super graphics, excellent gameplay, AND can be played with a PS3 controller without any 3rd party controller software - brilliant !

Not usable without steering wheel. With keyboard the cars are not steerable. iPad support as steering wheel would be nice but not mandatory. Nice grafics and nice game idea but I regret I paid for that game cause I cant use it with my keyboard.

Does not work with my PS 4 Controller. And not possible to play with keyboard :/

Best racing game on Mac by far! Runs great on my Air too.

Its nearly impossible to control the car with keyboard, gamepad or steering wheel set up. This is on basic levels and set as per GRID recommendations. Waste of $ and time.

This game is awesome and runs perfectly on my mac so far. I really recommend racing game lover to purchase this game!

The game is very fun when it is working properly but there are some major graphics issues. Im using a 2011 15" mbp with a 2.4 ghz i5 yet the game manage to freeze during races just long enough to crash me into a wall. Even with the graphics dialed back to the lowest setting and no background applications running it still does this and is extremely frustrating. When the game does work it is very entertaining but the lagginess is a big issue for me. For the money that I spent I would like to see a patch so that I could at least play smoothly on 640*480.

Please bring support to the Logitech Driving Force GT, MoMo, G25/27 steering wheels!!! Why would you pull this in the firat place is beyond me?! The game is next to impossible to control by the keyboard…and I dont use a keyboard to steer my car in real life...

This is easily the best racing game on mac os x. I run it on a 2013 macbook air with the i5 intel and it runs super smoothly all the way to the top graphics. The only difficulty is that it is quite difficult to play with a keyboard so I hooked up a dualshock 3 controller and it works fantastically now. Best $12 Ive spent on the mac app store, its so good that this is the only review Ive done on the app store!

With a nice cross between arcade and simulation, this racing game is very easy to pickup and master. Despite previous comments, I have had no problem controlling the cars and winning races with the keyboard from basic through to extreme. The graphics are good and the game runs very smooth for me on my iMac.

It’s an amazing game! I advise every one to get it. Only thing is, the drivers aren’t realistic. They are reckless and dangerous. It’s almost impossible to have a clean race. Another cool feature they could add is realistic crashes. Like, no flames from a 200mph headon collision. Could use some improvements, but for a 2007 racing game, ThumbsUp!

This is a great racing game! It would be awesome if you could support NVIDIA 330M graphics cards. Thanks for a fun game!

Unless you invest in a game controller, it’s unplayable. They should tell you that when you buy.

I bought this applications in my macbook air. But the game, when I start it apperas me error code end exist. Please solve this problem or return money. Thanks in advance!

Its ok for casual gamers, But nothing new.

The graphics are great. However, you dont get the chance to work out the controls on your car before a race. If your new to a driving sim, have a new steering wheel or whatever, you have no way to get used to how things work until you are in a race. Basicly, you have to start a profile, get the controls worked out, while loosing a lot of races, then start your profile all over agin. This is very time consuming. Not a pick up and go game for the novice. Be careful if you get this game.

This game is arguably the best racer on the app store. Even though it is a bit dated, it feels like a gem (the graphics are superb, and everything is in super high detail including the individual cars and tracks). There are so many events to choose from and various difficulty settings that the campaign will take ages to get through. Overall i was looking for a game that is FUN!! sure, the racing is extremely realistic, but it is VERY fast-paced and there is some hardcore street racing and drifting and what not. good stuff
